Hope this is in the right forums to put this. I was getting 10mb bb from virgin and decided to upgrade to 30mb. She switched it on that day and from then i was getting 20mb, they sent me out there new hub which came thursday. I connected it up and my bb dropped to around 7mb and now is down to 3 or

I bought an aerial with in built amplifer cost about ?15 quid and had got good reviews but wouldnt even get 1-5 or freeview with it at my house but my son who lives ten mins down the road picks up em all up so i think it really depends on where you live and where you have the aerial etc
