I really wanna update im not bothered about playing the new disc type games all i wanna know is if i can still play my copied fifa 12 and wwe 12 games

Is it safe to update to the latest dashboard tommorw and will it stop me playing my backed up games i have a benq drive and it has the latest firmware hack im not to bothered about playing the new xbg3 discs what i want to know is if i update tommorow can i still play my backups of wwe 12 and fifa ...
