The file size is reduced when you convert from iso to wbfs, some crap games may be 4.3 gig as an iso but become 200 meg when converted to wbfs

For larger games wii game manager can split the file into 4gig blocks.

You can run the games from a fat32 drive or usb stick

Use wii game manager to rip the iso to a wbfs file on the drive or stick and cfg usb loader will read it

erm, i thought that cfg usb loader worked from the /app folder on the sd card either via a forwarder or via HBC

Format fat32
Create a folder /wbfs
Put game folders in wbfs folder
Or extract game isos with wii game mngr to wbfs folder

you need fat32 for cfg usb loader

FAT32_GUI_Formatter.zip

Grab homebrew browser and install from hbc

Then browser will let you install stuff..

i have used loads of different drives:

500Gb 2.5" WD elements
1Tb 2.5" buffalo ministation
random 2.5" 160Gb satas in 4 quid caddys

all have worked no problem.

Remember that the drive needs to be formatted fat32 though as NTFS ...

if i write a sentence and then try to, for example, correct a spelling mistake the cursor disappears when i use the cursor keys to navigate. I have to then place the cursor with the mouse pointer where i want to edit / delete / etc.

Make sure wii is inline

Go to cfg usb loader

Select a game

Press 1 on wiimote

Scroll down to 'download covers' and press right on the direction button

You may want to 'load titles.db' first to ensure your list is up to date

>select game

>press 1 on wiimote (options)

u using usb?

i dont know if you can only play it with usb, but that would work (assuming the modded ios are up to date)

you prolly need to use a different ios (249)

Wiihacks has a guide for different firmwares

You should be able to do an update to 4.3 and then simply run the letterbomb ssoftmod on 4.3, but im sure an expert will confirm

It may be that you simply need to upgrade ios58 and hbc. Im on 4.2 and it plays everything i throw
