I have a BT vision box and am no longer with BT is there anything that can be done so I could use it, or as I think its really just a door stop now.

This may not help but I had the same problem, changed the PCI slot of the firewire card on my motherboard once still it couldn't find it. tried a few drivers to no avail it even recognised the card in device manager but wouldn't see my camera. As a last resort I changed the position of the card on
