I'm having a few problems and was wondering if anyone could help?
I have been with BT for the last 6 years with no faults and now suddenly over the last month and gradually getting worse. My broadband keeps dropping out, the hub stays on but the broadband light keeps going off and on again. I have had BT out and they have change the phone point in the house checked the line and exchange and said they couldn't find any fault, but it keeps happening. I have tried changing filters, adsl cable even the router and still no joy. It has gone off on me about 5 times since 6pm today.
Any ideas would be great.

mines been a cunt for a few week and they fixed it now, intermittant fault and they have had loads cos the snow has fractured a lot of bables as its slid off the roof, ice has also been a prob.
I had the exact same problem with the original White hub when downloading at max speeds p2p , when whacking the power switch on wall on and off and a total reboot of hub I would be back to normal for a dew hours
It only happened when I was getting max speed down loading shit
My max speed and still is morning but the black hub is fine ATM

Hey Evilbob, I have an engineer coming out on Weds morning, hopefully he will sort it out for me , but if not could I still PM you later on in the week.

BT are causing lots of issues as they upgrade their network to 21CN. The engineer should be able to sort it out

This has been happening with mine over the last week. Internet dropping out 5/6 times a day. Have to reset the hub each time but it's getting on me nerves now. I haven't rang BT yet as I hate ringing them as you just get passed from pillar to post!!
