I'm sure Sony will be happy to settle out of court... Geo will just have to pay them a billion quid in lost revenue and i'm sure they'll leave him alone...

I think you'll find that a lot of the time the PS3 has been release most hackers had no interest in hacking it. It was only when Sony took away the Other OS option, that the linux geeks got the arsehole and started looking at opening it up.
