Liteon 74850c + LT+ 1.1 + AP2.5 = unreadable disc error

F.Y.I There are two factory's producing verbs... i find its worth looking on label to see where they are from.
Either far east (Singapore or Malaysia forget which) or India.. personally find the ones from india are NOT always as good as the others and you do get a few coasters or ones that dont work for too long

The ones from the far east are always 100% for me.

It seems that the Indian factory has differing quality control standards to the Singapore factory. I have had one or two bad packs from India where something like 30% of the disks in the pack fail during burn, but to be honest, its probably a year or more since I've had one, so maybe standards have raised at India and they are all good now.
Its terribly annoying to pay a premium price and not get a premium product though.

yes the ariata on rap site are working great. I have seen open tray error on liteon too many times. I had one whcih wouldnt eject that was due to damaged tray so replaced tray and it works. Another open tray changed the ribbon and it started working.

Been using Aones since they came out, still using em now with 3 boxes (Benq, Hitachi and Sammy) and all games work fine, including AP2.5 games.

Im starting to wonder if the last cake i broke into is a dud had a few verify fails with the batch

just flashed my 74850 with LT+ 1.1 and so far all AP25 and Kinect games boot fine

What media are you using ?

I thought that going to LT+ 1.1 was supposed to improve reading "shitty Media" .... with the improved pfi support according to realmadrid. I use Aones all the time and work fine and some people think they are shit so I thought that the update to LT+ 1.1 would help?

I had this error and the cheaper option was for me to change the laser.

Then it all worked fine
