Canon Fodder was the shizzle. I loved that game and what an awesome song at the beginning. I think it was the first proper tounge in cheek game. Loved it. Bring it back as an XBL game I reckons :P

when the thread had [NEW] on it I thought it was coming for xbox live or sommat. You tease!

Must admit the old nerves here tingled as I read that and thought the same thing!

Spent zillions of hours playing, still one of the best games I have played in all the years I have been gaming. Got CF 1 + 2 here on disk for the PC, have to load them in DOS I think, it's been a while since i last played it. Might go and dig them out later for a go!!

On the 'Claim to fame' trip my mate Paul is one of the three programmers who brought us 'Bombjack'.

Couldn't get into Sensible soccer, good game I admit but I just couldn't get into it. Desert Strike and Jungle Strike were good too, someone somewhere should bring these out for the xbox or something, surely can't be that hard. (oh, and Lemmings too!!)

Wonder if there's a ROM for LAME or something of the same ilk.

Cannon Fodder and Chaos Engine were the games that REALLy got me into gaming.

Spent months on them both.

Happy days. D/loaded them both for PC couple of months back.

What about syndicate on the amiga or settlers. You could plug 2 mice in for settlers and play split screen me and my brother would have epic 10 hour games on that

It should. I have played it on my pc many a time. \you might need a DOS emulator though.
