Liteon 74850c in Jtagged xbox?

I've just updated to the latest dash 12611 so i can use kinect on my jtag but was just wondering would it be possible to flash my Stock Liteon drive without the use of a probe as i already have the dvd key ect?

I would still dump the drive as it contains other data like laser calibration etc...

Also if the drives already been flashed before the calibration was known (ix 1.5, xmas 2008) then it may be missing altogether now.

the cal data makes verry little differnce . its calclated on all opticall drives.
it gives the laser a start point.

Thanks for info, so going off what has been said i'm good to go?
I just need to collect the relevant info from my jtag and then flash with jungle flasher?
