I am about to get the missus a DSi XL for Christmas but I'm unsure what flashcard to go for. I'm sure there are many different types available that may work with it but which one, in your opinions, is probably the best bet??
Cheers

Nintendo have released 2 updates now that disable flashcards. The good thing about the Acekard is the card can be flashed so they will work on new Nintendo firmware elephantsoup 18.11.2010, 01:40 do you have to buy the acecard 2i or just use a standard acecard 2. They're much more expensive but I bought one! I've read so much about them and how good they are supposed to be that couldn't resist. Also, bought a couple of Acekard 2is on Noobz's rec. Don't want to be sitting here on Chrismas morning with a couple of DSi XLs and not a game in sight. ![]() mattress 20.11.2010, 03:42 Going slightly off topic! - I just found three old TTDS cards in my bedroom draw. I updated them with the CNDSTT_v1.16_English official FW but the latest games wouldn't load. Then I tried the Wood_R4_v1.17 FW and I couldn't even get to the menu screen. Finally I tried the DSTTAdvance_v2.01a FW and had the same problems as the CNDSTT FW I tried fist - I suppose their for the same device. So, are there any CFWs that can be used on these TTDS' or will they never play the latest games?? ![]() |
