club games 4th November

Epic Fail for me last night. Booted out of my first game before kick off then couldn't log back onto the EA servers. Plus my batteries died in my controller and the baby was screaming her head off!

How did we do?

Didn't do too bad, some poor 0 - 1 against shit teams. and some good quality wins good team work.

Lag was hit and miss as well, hope EA sort their shit out.

I think i was better utilised up front and linked up well with the strikers/midfield

Danny settled well as any after a few games, our problem is still scoring

I'm happy to give any a go mate, but with the rate i get disconnected it might not be a good idea

I wasn't there last night but from previous games I think we need to pass the ball about a bit more, think we tend to look for route 1 football with a punt through the middle with a flick on.

possibly try a different formation?

I think both yourself and Danny play well as any so might be worth sharing that role Im happy to chip in as any also if required.

I agree that the problem is scoring we had that one game where we scored 5 but mainly it was only 1 or 2 its something Im working on to help with the goals as well as create and also get back and cover defense.

We seemed to have success with little one twos coming in from the wing which usually creates a nice angle to find the corner.

I thought Goal kicks were better last night although inexplicably they still get drawn to Danny the smallest player on the pitch lol.

Something else we could work on is knowing where each one of us are when defending and taking corners so we can hit the opposition on the counter attack when defending and creating better chances when taking them

As in real football we should all have a job to do obviously defending the corner but then having designated players around the edge of the box to block follow ups and if possible find wingers/strikers to create the counter attack.

Likewise taking them we need our taller players in the middle, someone round the back and smaller players around the edge looking for the knock backs i know Danny and swiggy hang round the edge of the box but its just being aware of what job were doing.

Good point's fuse, I think we need to be move vocal aswel when moving into space etc
