I think this should be fixed, people who have red karma usually deserve it.

It was abused to fuck so got pulled.

Is it possible to make it a V.I.P perk? I'd use it a lot more than the VIP section that's for sure.

One of the Mods or Admins must have got neg karma and they have took the huff and removed it.
