Animation Video Re-production

Hi I originally posted this in the "Your artwork and photo's" section of this forum, and was kindly directed to this section, as it comes close to what I would like some help on.

I am wondering if anyone can make something similar to “The Illuminated Chakras” by Anodea Judith.
They have the full animations broken down into 3 parts on you tube.

This is very well made animation/video. I am looking for something very similar. We can make changes to the video so that we don’t break the copyright laws.
