At the very least, anyone requesting a radio code should need to be VIP. At least that way they pay towards the forum.

I think one warning then a ban. If they get past the application section then they may have more to offer but aren't aware of good forum etiquette. They piss me off too though.

trouble with that is will need up with lots of one word replys all over the board, i agree with a above post, first warn, then ban. might be ok people just not used to how a internet board works.
