(UK only) Now there is always a confusion. A British 'billion' was always defined as a 'million million', whereas an America billion has always been a 'thousand million'. (The American idea is more useful, because the British version leaves a thousand million as a 'thousand million - without a specific word for it). However, what this means is that the trillion, being based on a billion, also suffers from a lack of clarity in its specific size. A simple Google "UK GDP" returned "UK GDP = 2.13 trillion". Is this the American trillion, or the British trillion? One is a thousand times greater than the other. A simple Google "UK Population" returned 60,943,912. So how much is your share worth? Well it is 2.13 trillion divided by 60,943,912. 1) If the 2.13 trillion is being quoted in American units, that's ?34,950 per person.. 2) If the 2.13 trillion is being quoted in British units (which is more likely, bearing in mind the British source), it is a thousand times the above amount, i.e. ?34,950,168 per person (as of January, 2009). What does this mean? It means that the most valuable thing you possess is your signature. Your unique signature is backed by approximately ?34 million in personal assets. If you could captialise on these assets what could you do? First of all you could 'sort yourself out'. Permanently. And your family. But, don't forget, each member of your family is also worth ?34 million in their own right. What could you do with the rest? You could use it for what it was designed for - to benefit your community. Your community as a whole. Clubbing together with others to decide what you want to see in your neighbourhood. (After all, that's what your Government is supposed to be doing with it anyway. The reason why they don't is due to utter corruption on their part). How do you do this? Some of us are attempting to claim direct ownership of our individual share via the Notice of Understanding and Intent and Claim of Right .... Claiming the right to hold the share. To become the shareholder. Thus quarterly dividends would be paid to the individual, not the Government. And, furthermore, the individual henceforth has the voting right carried by the share. At that point a Freeman-on-the-land is no longer be dependant on any form of State Benefits derived from the law-of-the-sea/Statutes. Such an individual becomes totally independent, and able to make sensible, non-corrupt, choices at all times. Veronica: of the Chapman family January, 2009 .... (I just fell in love with her) but imo they have forgotten the - in front of the 34. more from this here join read & be free A Forum for individual lawful rebellion in all its forms .... $2.1 million would be nice but i suspect the simple equation is very miss leading.
At a guess, i would imagine that it is only worth 2.1 million if someone would pay 2.1 million?
and if someone paid that money, they would want some kind of way of making the money back, plus a lot more on top. Here lies the problem.
DF is a great place, but a money maker? Nah.
Fee's... as the red bar above testifies, people are generally too tight to pay (self included). Rap struggles each month to cover the leccy bill alone!
Advertising? Yeah, right. You are gonna loads of companies throwing themselves to stick their names against 360 modding and NZB downloads!
The bottom line is that DF is simply a very successful geek club. I doubt we will be queuing up anytime soon for a quick spin in Rap's Veyron! As my Domain age is (approximately) only 7 Months, 28 days old it is worth nothing. And not surprisingly my email domain is also worth nothing (but it does have no webpages) My question is, if it's worth 2.1 million. What is the overal running cost for this place over that time!?? It's a retorical question. But Especially with all the knowledge, information, great members and loyality this place has managed to aquire within it's existence it, as someone earlier said, it's priceless! I check here everyday almost, it's FAR FAR too addictive! flanflinger 07.08.2009, 13:22 How much do I get back on my 25 quid investment then??;) fuckall you mooching funboy lol lol now the valuation has changed - much more realistic imho must have been a glitch $14,688 now for the domain Mystical_2K 04.09.2009, 13:28 lol now the valuation has changed - much more realistic imho must have been a glitch $14,688 now for the domain recessions a bitch ahjackman 26.01.2010, 18:07 raptor dont let gordon brown see it,he mite tax you on it 1,358,747.22 GBP bbshark 26.01.2010, 23:02 .... 7966 in the top GB sites list Check out whos at number 18 lol .... lol red tube is at 69 is there any better place for it? scullion 26.01.2010, 23:12 Just checked the main site, DF has 52,393 members. We could buy a racehorse - name it DF Dirty Dinger or similar, then see it win the grand national.
