Firmware for ALL flashcarts

im trying to get an R4 card up and running for a mate of mine. its an R4i Gold Christmas Version. i cant seem to get the firmware working. any suggestions about which one i should be using here? its not on the list

anyone with an old R4 clone should try the Wood firmware, even though the guys behind it say they don't support them, it still works on a lot of cards.

I still have the dstti which is still supported (just not officially) but there are still loads of games that cannot be played.

i've noticed my sons R4 doesnt support many of the lates games, i'll give this a whirl over the weekend. might post a pic of it before i try to confirm its real

+1 for Wood firmware on original R4 cartridges. Can play some of the more modern games now without any issue

just to add, tron evolution did not work on wood, went to the link at the top updated to the latest version and hey presto.
