need help

hi i have a blue titainium 1 witch i have programed <programmer says successfully> from the tut i used all the latest files
but my sammy box says card not inserted properly it also says the same with fun cards thanx for any help
....

Are you sure your BK and IRD are correct?

yes the guy who has been ripping me off every few months wrote them on the box
is there an easy way to check that they are correct iam very new to all this

Have you actually used them with success before? He may have written the wrong ones...

Maybe pay him to do the card once more and read it before you use it. So you'll know they are right.

if your bk was wrong it would work but you would get a black screen on all channels! if ird is wrong it will said invalid card! also if card is not done correct it will also say invalid card check your ird num first in eng menu or by the nagra code on box and compare to the one written by guy you got it off

been in to eng menu but not sure what iam looking for how do i get to ird num
