GP2X is here - The new GP32 has arrived

got mine ... few bugs but its pre-release at the end of the day so what the hell - got quake hexen frodo and a snes emulator on it atm and more is in the pipeline

lot of potential - lot of fun

lik sang got their order in late so thats why they are bitching ... gbax have started shipping but theres a que .. its public release is in january i think and they'll be flying out the door then

Well, mine was ordered on the 22nd and santa had it wrapped up under the tree on the 25th so look like all backlogs are cleared. Also, just wanted to say that pretty impressed so far, takes a bit of gettin used to but very good. Loads of potential too, just waiting on my 1gb sd card now.

Wish I kept my order for one of these now.

Girlfriend got me a PSP for Xmas so cant really get one of these too along with my 360....... not yet anyway lol

Keep us informed guys. I wonder if you can use an SD card with wi-fi built in so you can go online...... i'm sure it wont be long

Just ordered mine now after someone sent me a link to mame for gp2x, now i cant wait to play ghosts + goblins and side arms on the toilet

i can reccommend the gp2x, the tv-out lead means you can hook it up to the tv as if it was a normal console which is awesome. doom 2 on it is now out and there is already the ability to play some playstation one games but this is still under development - check out www.gp2xuser.com for more info, faq and links to other sites etc.

The tv-out would be decent if you could be bothered to plug the console in to play games on it with the amoutn of bugs it has and crappy joystick, as it is stick with an xbox to play doom or any of the emuls the gp32 does if all you want is to play em on a tv

anyone got the new version of this. I never did pick one up, but still feel tempted now and again.
