I don't think there will be any D2C2's around anymore, its extremely likely to be a D2E, so the D2Sun is probably your best option. I would recommend the solder option for fitting, as (a) you can get your chip cheaper without the clip, and (b) its more robust in that your chip wont suddently pop ...
