The 2 lights you get are correct for a flashed modem (same as mine with Infinity fw)
What IP does the modem receive when plugged in and connected?

Browse to 192.168.100.1 and see if it lets you login.
If it does try 'Infinite' and 'SetValue' - if you can login you should ...
