Stick with the Acekard mate. Nintendo have released 2 updates now that disable flashcards. The good thing about the Acekard is the card can be flashed so they will work on new Nintendo firmware

That same thing has happened to me a few times, but not for quite a while now. Have you tried pressing A to advance last when everyones back in the lobby?

When it was happening to me, im sure it was because some players were still left in the game. So maybe try pressing A to advance ...
