My bro in law asked me can the BlackBerry 8500 be unlocked to all networks?

Anyone?
But worse was said than calling Russbeer a knobhead which to be honest still stands because he threw his dummy out of his pram and you cannot deny that can you.

His comments warrented the knobhead remark and was not worthy of a ban.
I did reply to one by Russbeer and that was deleted and then I was banned.

My remarks was not out of order and responded as kindly as I could have.

Just amazed that its become a one sided thread that I cannot respond to.
If I try and access this thread it says its been soft deleted or closed but I know this is not the case.

Why have I been banned from viewing/posting in this thread?

Not ammused guys :pissed:
Use some powerline adaptors thats what I use.
Your not expecting any more than any other customer, call Sky complaints and explain to them every little detail, even the blast plate falling off the wall.

They will do something about it I can asure you.
Offer finished on the 17th.
I've said this before, I trialled this from the start and I find it ok but I dont use it to be honest but its free.
Nope, its a basic install.

The best option is to ask the landlord to look at installing a 2nd feed and if that cannot be done its a single feed only Im affraid, thats unless the landlord allows a 2nd dish to be installed just for the flat.

PS, ...
I always run the cable from the inside out, that way the cable inside the property is clean. I know where your coming from with jobs like the above, had a few agruments in my time with stroppy customers.
Some customers are not always right and come out with some crackers.
Yep same here.
So explain how else is it to be done without causing uneeded damage to a customers house like as stated above lifting carpets, pulling floorboards up etc etc.

Its a basic install after all.
Sky will contact AVC who will have to investigate and do a report, normally a manager calls round to resolve the problem face to face.
Keep us updated.
Thats sub contractors M8 Sky engineers dont get paid per job subbies do hence the reason why they rush and dont do a 1st class job.

Sky Installers always bodge it and leg it. Apologies to any on here, but I have never seen any different. I think they get paid very little for the ...
Well firstly and always the best port of call is Sky complaints, after all your the customer. You could always call AVC direct and complain to them and if you get no joy then call Sky complaints.

I know that they will do something about it and I've seen some real doggy work done by ...
Hang on just found this:

Why is it going up?
The Chancellor announced an increase in VAT from 17.5% to 20% effective from 4th January 2011. As a result, the tax
we pay to the government on subscription prices will increase by 2.5%.
Yep your correct.

?8.70 plus 15% = ?10.00
?8.70 plus 17.5% = ?10.22
My maths work it out at ?10.25 M8

?10.00 the current cost plus 2.5% which takes it up to 17.5% vat

10 + 2.5% = ?10.25.
