Just disable them m8 and if you have problems you can just enable them. If you have programs on you pc that you dont use like adobe then you can delete them.

When I did msconfig, loads of programs like adobe came up, which I agree doesn’t really need to start up with windows. As I am not that confident or have a great understanding about msconfig, I didn’t touch them. I have 1GB of Ram and I think most of its in use with the programs

i only have 2 running apps in the startup
MSE and MSN Messenger. Rest i deleted useing CCleaner. the less you have running in the background the slicker your pc will become. Even on windows 7. You dont need most of them startup programs like adobe air and things. This is where any rogue SW is

type msconfig in the start box at the bottom of the screen. Checkout the startup programs. You can delete any your not sure about.

Make sure you backup your system if your not 100% sure on what you are doing
