Well I finally got it all sorted late last night. The above instructions worked fine to sort the problem I had. I also updated a few of the icons using openSSH - Cyberduck, although I still need to find a few glasklart style icons for a few of my apps. Very straightforward even for a total newb ...

Transparent Dock is not selected in Winterboard. Just all of the glasklart things :/

Anyone know how to get round this problem with the glasklart theme on my 3GS? All my icons are pushed close together.. It looks like there's an invisible block pushing the dock further up thats causing it...
